Tailos offers an AI-driven commercial cleaning robot named Rosie that automates repetitive floor cleaning tasks in hotels. Rosie uses advanced sensors and navigation technology to clean hallways, meeting rooms, and banquet spaces with a simple “press play, walk away” interface.
With very little training required and no complex setup, Rosie works without language barriers or specialized technical knowledge.
Beyond being just a vacuum, Rosie functions as a labor optimization tool that integrates with hotel operations. It saves housekeeping staff approximately 54 minutes per hour of manual cleaning time, allowing them to focus on higher-value tasks like detailed room preparation.
The cellular-enabled connectivity provides real-time performance monitoring through the Tailos Insights platform, giving management visibility into cleaning coverage, utilization rates, and ROI metrics to drive operational improvements.
We stepped in to help Tailos when they were in a tough spot – they’d lost one SDR and promoted another, leaving their AEs without enough meetings on the calendar.
Starting from scratch, we focused on two key contacts: General Managers for single-property hotels (where decisions happen fast) and Directors of Operations at larger properties. Our SDR hit the phones hard, having real conversations about how Tailos’ automation could solve specific hotel challenges.
In just five weeks, we booked 46 meetings – pretty impressive for cold outreach in the hospitality space, which is notoriously tough to crack. Our SDR even got a special call-out from Tailos for his ability to engage prospects without “product dumping” – one prospect even mentioned they’d never thought about automation before our call.
The best part is we’ve learned a ton about what works in hospitality along the way. As we continue refining our approach, we know it’s only going to get better.
