Our partnership with HubSync didn’t exactly start off with fireworks, but it was expected. The biggest hurdle we faced was getting through to actual decision-makers. What really made a difference was the genuine teamwork we formed with the HubSync team. Our SDR didn’t just report back – she shared real obstacles she was facing, from being brushed off to learning which titles prospects were suggesting we talk to instead.

The increase in meetings booked was spurred by using those referrals and connecting with multiple people in the tax departments at each firm we were targeting. This approach has been crazy effective—in just a little over two months we locked in 22 meetings, nearly hitting the client’s original three-month goal of 25.

Results:

LevelUp Leads scheduled roughly 10 meetings monthly through the Cold Calling campaign which slightly surpassed the expectations the client set at the start of our engagement.
