Since 2015, I’ve been working in the lead generation space for various startups. It allowed me to wear multiple hats and see what it takes to build a startup.
All my roles were fully remote and full sales cycles. I sourced my own contact data, ran email campaigns, made cold calls, held demos, and made sales.
With this experience under my belt, I decided to start LevelUp Leads in 2021 with the goal of helping small to mid-sized companies schedule more meetings, and close more deals.

I began my career in public accounting, where I gained deep insights into business operations and financial structures. This knowledge was crucial when I moved to sales in 2016.
In previous roles, I closed deals face-to-face. However, at LevelUp Leads, I transitioned to remote work, expanding my professional network with businesses and professionals globally.
As LevelUp’s Head of Sales, I utilize my skills to drive growth and boost revenue, not only for our firm but also for our clients, aiming to consistently improve our sales processes.
Patrick Joyce brings over eight years of expertise in outbound sales pipeline generation, coaching, and multichannel outreach to his role as Global Head of Accounts and Strategy at LevelUp Leads.
With a strong background in sales development, Patrick has worked with dozens of startups on optimizing cold email campaigns and multichannel strategies. His unique perspective on sales, shaped by a diverse career that includes experience as a mathematics teacher, gives him a sharp analytical edge and a talent for coaching sales teams to success.
I began my professional journey in the realm of higher education, entering into administrative roles focused on the development of innovative projects. My passion for education and my desire to facilitate learning led me to play a pivotal role in the establishment of a Language Center. For over a decade, I developed my capabilities through teaching, resource creation, and the execution of various projects aimed at enhancing educational content and resources for both educators and students.
Later in my career, I transitioned into the dynamic arena of Customer Success within the solar maintenance industry. In this role, my primary responsibility was to devise post-sales customer engagement, ensuring the utmost satisfaction of our valued direct customers. This particular role in customer success provided an ideal platform to leverage my skill set, delivering tangible results and forging strong relationships. I look forward to becoming an integral part of the team here at LevelUp Leads.

My career started out in the medical field where I worked in hospitals and clinics. I graduated from college with a double major in Anaesthetic Technician and General Medicine.
When Covid hit, I transitioned into the tech world and started working remotely for an outbound lead generation company. I was quickly promoted to an Account Manager making sure our clients were hitting targets and seeing success.
After that, I helped build LevelUp Leads from the ground up and turn the company into what it is today.
I started working in Digital Marketing and Lead Generation in 2020, thanks to the changes brought by the COVID-19 pandemic.
I like challenges, learning new things, different cultures, and I easily adapt to change. Formally I am a chemist, with a Master’s Degree in Molecular Biology and a PhD in Biology (Immunology), I speak 3 languages (Spanish, Portuguese, and English) and I am studying the fourth one (Norwegian).
I am currently an Account and Campaign Manager for LevelUp Leads and the experience has been very fulfilling. Every day shows me that there are no physical borders to grow, only mental ones.
I studied Dutch law and Public International Law at the University of Leiden. After (too) many years, I finally figured out the legal world isn’t something that really interests me and I decided to take a completely different path.
In 2014 I got together with a good friend of mine and with little experience we decided to start our own business. That’s when we ventured into the world of online marketing and lead generation. In my years running the business I gained a lot of experience when it comes to writing, SEO and online marketing in general.
Since then I’ve had a couple of side gigs as a copywriter, translator and/or SEO specialist. Currently I work fulltime for LevelUp Leads as Head of SEO and Copywriting.
We have the ability to work with any company. We work across all industries and historically 60% of our client have been software-based and 40% have been service-based.
The company was founded in June, 2021.
We run outbound campaigns via Email, LinkedIn, and Calling. We also offer SEO, Blog Posting, and LinkedIn Posting as other channels to generate new interested prospects. Some of the channels we recommend will depend on your company. We’ve found our clients who work multi-channel tend to see the best results long-term.
We work off a pre-pay and require upfront monthly payments.
We pay for many tools to help with your targeting. We also have a team of data researchers that help validate contact data based on your Ideal Customer Profile.
It typically takes about 7-10 days to launch after we have our onboarding call. The quicker we move and get things finalized, the quicker we can launch your campaigns. You are not charged for onboarding and your billing doesn’t start until we launch the first campaign.
We have a dedicated Email Deliverability team that manages this. The help with getting the domains and email ID’s set up, setting up the email records, and warming up the domains before we launch. Once we launch they are monitoring this weekly and keeping us in the loop if we need to make any adjustments.
We work off a 3-month commitment to start, then it rolls over to a month-to-month.
Yes, we send you a shared weekly stats report every week. We also give you access to the campaigns metrics in real-time for the Email and Linkedin campaigns.
