This combination of relevant training and industry connections has resulted in an 84% placement rate, making MSC the #1 pathway into medical device sales careers.

How it worked:

Medical Sales College came to us with a common problem – great leads coming in, but not enough bandwidth to follow up quickly. They had social media opt-ins wanting more info and internship prospects who needed nurturing into webinar attendance.

We set up a pretty straightforward system: live transferring social media opt-ins directly to one of their Career Advisors and for the internship prospects, we’d get them excited about the program and sign them up for MSC’s special webinars. There were some bumps early on getting the tech side working smoothly, but once we figured it out, things really took off.

At the start of the project, MSC set a 20% transfer rate target, which we hit consistently. They even saw their overall contact rates improve to as high as 50% in some categories as we worked together to optimize their processes.

The results speak for themselves – MSC renewed for six months right after their initial three-month trial ended. In those first three months, we handled 598 leads total: 243 social media transfers and 355 webinar signups.

What made this work was that we weren’t cold calling random prospects. These contacts had already raised their hand showing interest, so our job was just connecting the dots and getting them to the right person at the right time. With the system now running smoothly and a six-month renewal in place, we’re excited to keep building on this success.

Results:
