Right out of the gate, we segmented outreach for CallTower into four different title groups. That simple move made it easier to identify the titles most receptive to their solutions. This clear segmentation paid off early, with campaigns gaining traction almost immediately.

One of the biggest reasons this engagement has been successful is the constant communication with the CallTower team, which has created a strong feedback loop. It has made it easier to understand their product, sharpen our messaging, and educate callers. Because of that, the calls felt natural, the messaging landed, and we’ve kept a solid 65% show rate – booking 37 meetings in just 8 weeks.

At first, the focus was all about growing their Partner Program and filling up the AE team’s pipeline. Once we showed we could make that work, the engagement has now grown to include targeting for direct sales as well as their UK Partner Program.

Results:

LevelUp Leads scheduled 37 meetings for CallTower through our Cold Calling campaign. We’ve met the initial expectations set for this client and they’ve logically added a 3rd SDR to drive more meetings for their sales team.
