Compare how each provider builds and runs your outbound sales operation.

Need more outbound capacity without hiring and managing another internal SDR? LevelUp Leads and SalesHive both provide managed sales development. Both can handle prospecting, cold calling, cold email and appointment setting. The difference is in how that work is staffed, packaged and managed.

LevelUp Leads gives you a choice of Fractional SDR, Full-Service SDR and Growth support, with calling, email and LinkedIn combined in its omnichannel packages. SalesHive packages its SDR team with a proprietary outbound platform that brings calling, email, data, reply handling and reporting into one system.

The Main Difference

LevelUp Leads is built around selectable SDR capacity and a managed multichannel service. SalesHive is built around a managed SDR pod running on SalesHive’s own platform. That distinction affects staffing, visibility, channels and how flexible the contract is.

Comparison area LevelUp Leads SalesHive
SDR model Fractional SDR, Full-Service SDR and Growth packages. Managed SDR team plus a dedicated strategist on the SalesHive platform.
Cold calling 150+, 300+ or 700+ calls per business day in published calling tiers, depending on package. Power Dialer, recorded calls, coaching and US-based calling, with a separate offshore option.
Cold email Managed targeting, infrastructure, copy, deliverability, testing and meeting scheduling. Strategist-led email, eMod AI personalization, deliverability operations and US-based reply handling.
LinkedIn Included in published omnichannel packages. Not listed as a standard channel in the current public pricing configuration.
Technology LevelUp Leads tech stack plus a custom reporting dashboard and real-time campaign metrics. Proprietary CRM, dialer, email, data and reporting platform with two-way CRM sync.
Pricing visibility Lead generation packages publicly start at $5,000. Quote required. SalesHive publishes the variables that affect price, not the dollar amount.
Commitment Initial 3-month commitment, then month-to-month. Month-to-month, with annual plans available at a lower monthly rate.

Quick Buyer Takeaway

If you want defined capacity levels, published starting pricing and LinkedIn inside the same outbound package, LevelUp Leads is the cleaner fit on paper. If you want month-to-month service from day one and a provider-owned platform where you can inspect the whole motion, SalesHive has a clear advantage.

Two Managed SDR Services, Two Operating Models

LevelUp Leads provides outsourced SDR and appointment-setting services for B2B companies that want more pipeline without building the whole prospecting function internally. Its lead generation packages scale from fractional support to two full-service SDRs, with contact sourcing, training, campaign management, reporting and the outreach technology included.

SalesHive is also a managed SDR provider, not simply a software company. Its sales development service combines SDRs, a strategist, verified data and its own AI-enabled platform. Clients can also buy the platform separately, but the full-service offer is run by SalesHive’s team.

The practical choice is therefore less about “agency versus software” and more about how much SDR capacity you need, which channels matter, how you want campaign information delivered and what level of commitment you are comfortable making. If you are comparing SalesHive alternatives, those operating details are more useful than counting features because they determine what your own sales team still has to manage after the contract is signed.

SDR Capacity: Choose the Amount of Outbound Support You Need

LevelUp Leads makes SDR capacity easy to understand before the sales call. Fractional SDR is designed for companies that need steady prospecting without a full daily workload. Full-Service SDR increases calling, email and contact sourcing. Growth adds two full-service SDRs for a larger market or a more aggressive pipeline target.

Capacity question LevelUp Leads SalesHive
How scope is packaged Named Fractional SDR, Full-Service SDR and Growth tiers. Quote is built around team model, channel mix and daily volume.
Published activity Omnichannel tiers list 150+, 300+ or 700+ calls per business day, plus email, contact sourcing and LinkedIn allocation. Pricing page lists 150+, 250+ or 500+ daily touches. These are not directly comparable to call counts.
Team allocation Fractional and Full-Service use one SDR; Growth includes two full-service SDRs. A managed team with strategist, SDR coverage, reply handling and platform support.
Scaling Move between defined service levels as your needs change. Increase, decrease or pause volume month to month.

SalesHive gives you more flexibility in the contract itself, while LevelUp Leads gives you more clarity on the capacity tiers before a proposal is built. If your main question is “how much SDR support are we buying?”, that difference matters.

What to Compare in the Proposal

Do not compare activity numbers without checking what they mean. LevelUp Leads publishes calls per business day for its SDR tiers. SalesHive publishes daily touches. Ask both providers how many people are assigned, how much daily activity is expected and which channels are included before treating the numbers as equivalent.

Launch and Campaign Control: How Much Work Stays With Your Team

A good outsourced SDR program still needs input from your team at the start. The question is where your involvement ends. LevelUp Leads typically launches 7 to 10 days after onboarding. The setup includes ICP alignment, contact sourcing, messaging, campaign build and the approvals needed before outreach begins. Clients can then follow performance through shared reporting, real-time metrics and regular check-ins.

SalesHive publishes a longer typical launch window of 2 to 3 weeks. Its onboarding process is more explicitly platform-led: the strategist builds a detailed playbook, configures targeting and messaging, prepares the sending and calling environment, and asks the client to approve the people, plan and copy before launch. Once live, the same playbook and platform are used for weekly optimization.

Launch detail LevelUp Leads SalesHive
Typical timing 7 to 10 days after the onboarding call. 2 to 3 weeks from signed / kickoff to launch.
Client input before launch ICP, audience, sample data and messaging are reviewed before outreach. Client approves the SDR team, playbook, account lists and messaging.
After launch LevelUp Leads manages daily outreach, data, campaign optimization and reporting. SalesHive team runs the motion inside its platform and reviews results weekly.
Client workload Regular check-ins and day-to-day communication, without requiring the client to operate the outbound stack. More direct visibility into the platform, with the strategist owning weekly tuning.

This is useful if you are comparing the providers because your internal sales manager is already stretched. LevelUp Leads is designed to take the operating work off your team while keeping you close to targeting, messaging and results. SalesHive also runs the work for you, but gives clients a more detailed window into the underlying platform and playbook. Neither model is hands-off in the sense of “send a logo and disappear.” Your team still needs to define a good market, provide product context and give useful feedback when the campaign learns something.

A Faster Launch Is Only Useful If the Campaign Is Ready

Do not choose on launch time alone. Ask what has to be approved, what data and messaging are tested before go-live, and what happens in the first two weeks after launch. A few extra days are irrelevant if they prevent poor targeting or weak messaging from reaching the market.

Cold Calling: Who Represents You and How the Campaign Improves

Calling is one of the strongest reasons to compare these two providers. LevelUp Leads offers cold calling services and makes calling a core part of its SDR packages. SalesHive also puts the phone at the center of its offer, with US-based reps on its Power Dialer and a separate offshore option when higher-volume coverage is the priority.

Calling detail LevelUp Leads SalesHive
Training and management Ongoing product sales training, AI coaching environment and campaign support are included in published packages. Certified SDR training, an SDR Manager and regular coaching from recorded calls.
Dialing and data Parallel dialer, contact sourcing and the managed LevelUp Leads tech stack. Power Dialer, verified lists, real-time company context and call recording.
Optimization Targeting, script and performance changes are reviewed through campaign reporting and client check-ins. Weekly optimization turns call feedback into script and targeting changes.
Qualification Qualification criteria are agreed with the client before SDRs book meetings. SDRs qualify fit and interest before meetings are placed on the client calendar.

SalesHive has the more productized calling environment. The SalesHive cold calling service makes the dialer, recordings, coaching and script testing part of the platform experience. LevelUp Leads is a stronger fit when the main buying decision is how much trained calling capacity you want and how that calling should work with the rest of your outbound program.

37 Meetings From 661 Conversations in Eight Weeks

CallTower needed more partner-program pipeline. LevelUp Leads ran a calling-led campaign with email and LinkedIn layered on top. The published case study reports 37 meetings from 661 conversations in eight weeks, with a 65% show rate.

Cold Email and Channel Coverage: Compare the Whole Workflow

Cold email is managed end to end by both providers. LevelUp Leads’ email service covers ICP targeting, contact sourcing, sending infrastructure, authentication, inbox monitoring, copy, testing and meeting scheduling. SalesHive’s email outreach combines a strategist with eMod AI personalization, deliverability operations and US-based responders who work replies.

From prospect to meeting LevelUp Leads SalesHive
Targeting and data ICP-based targeting and custom contact sourcing. Verified lists built around an approved ICP.
Infrastructure Domain warm-up, authentication and ongoing inbox monitoring. Sending domains, reputation ramping, validation and deliverability operations.
Copy and testing Personalized messaging, copy support and A/B testing. Strategist-led messaging with eMod AI personalization and testing.
Replies and booking Campaign management continues through interested leads and meeting scheduling. US-based responders handle replies and move qualified interest into meetings.

The channel mix is where the offers separate. LevelUp Leads explicitly includes calling, email and LinkedIn in its omnichannel packages. SalesHive’s current pricing page describes phone-only and phone-plus-email configurations. LinkedIn is not listed there as a standard channel.

That is a scope distinction, not a claim that SalesHive cannot support LinkedIn in any form. If LinkedIn is important to your buyers, put it in the brief and compare exactly what each proposal includes. For teams selling to active LinkedIn users, coordinated phone, email and LinkedIn outreach can give the same account several ways to respond without turning each channel into a separate campaign.

Where Each Model Stands Out

SalesHive has the more explicit technology story for email, especially if eMod personalization and a built-in reply inbox matter to you. LevelUp Leads makes the broader omnichannel scope easier to see upfront, with LinkedIn included alongside email and calling in its published packages.

Campaign Visibility: Proprietary Platform or Managed Stack?

Outsourcing outbound should reduce management work without making the campaign invisible. Both providers offer reporting, but this is one area where SalesHive has a distinct proposition.

Every SalesHive full-service campaign runs inside the company’s own platform. Clients can see calls, emails, replies, meetings, recordings and list movement as they happen. SalesHive also advertises two-way CRM sync, so campaign activity can flow back to the client’s existing CRM.

LevelUp Leads takes a managed-stack approach. Its packages include the LevelUp Leads tech stack, a custom reporting dashboard and real-time campaign metrics. The company also sends shared reports and keeps client communication active through regular check-ins and day-to-day channels such as Slack, Teams or email.

If this matters most… Better fit on the published offer Why
One provider-owned platform for the whole outbound motion SalesHive CRM, dialer, email, data, recordings and reporting are built into the same platform.
Visibility without making a new platform the center of your workflow LevelUp Leads The service includes a managed stack, custom dashboard, real-time metrics and regular client communication.
Two-way CRM sync as a named product capability SalesHive CRM sync is a specific, promoted feature of the SalesHive platform.
LinkedIn managed alongside phone and email LevelUp Leads LinkedIn is explicitly included in LevelUp Leads omnichannel packages.

If your operations team wants to inspect every touch inside one provider system, SalesHive deserves serious consideration. If your sales team mainly wants campaign visibility and qualified handoffs while the provider manages the tools behind the scenes, LevelUp Leads may be the simpler operating model.

There is also a practical ownership question behind the technology. A proprietary platform can be valuable because everyone works from the same source of truth, but you should still ask what data is exported to your CRM and what you keep if the engagement ends. With a managed stack, the same question applies to call recordings, prospect data, campaign notes and reporting history. The best setup is the one that gives your closers the context they need without forcing them to duplicate work between systems.

Pricing and Commitment: Transparency Versus Flexibility

Pricing is another real trade-off. LevelUp Leads publishes a starting point. SalesHive publishes the factors that determine its quote, but you still need to book a call to get the dollar amount.

Commercial term LevelUp Leads SalesHive
Published price Lead generation packages start at $5,000. No dollar amount is published on the current pricing page.
What affects scope SDR tier, channel mix and required capacity. US-based or offshore team model, phone-only or phone-plus-email mix, and daily volume.
Setup fee No onboarding charge. No setup fee.
When billing starts Billing begins when the first campaign launches. SalesHive says the first invoice goes out after people, plan and messaging are approved and the campaign is ready to launch.
Commitment Initial 3 months, then month-to-month. Month-to-month, with discounted annual plans also available.
Typical launch 7 to 10 days after onboarding. 2 to 3 weeks after kickoff / signing.

This makes LevelUp Leads more transparent on the entry point, but SalesHive more flexible on commitment. LevelUp Leads tells you that packages start at $5,000 before you speak with sales. SalesHive explains what changes the quote, but the current page does not show the actual price.

SalesHive wins the contract-flexibility comparison on its published terms. Standard service is month-to-month with written cancellation notice. LevelUp Leads asks for an initial three-month commitment before moving to month-to-month. If avoiding any initial term is a hard requirement, that may be enough to move SalesHive higher on your shortlist.

The reverse can also be true. A three-month starting window may suit teams that want enough time to test a market, adjust messaging and judge the campaign on more than a few early meetings. The right term depends on your tolerance for commitment and how quickly your sales cycle produces useful feedback. What matters is that the proposal states the minimum term, cancellation process, billing start and what happens to campaign data if you leave.

Do Not Compare on Headline Price Alone

Ask both providers for the full scope behind the number: assigned SDR capacity, channel mix, contact sourcing, tools, management, qualification criteria, meeting handoff and cancellation terms. A cheaper monthly fee is not cheaper if your internal team has to take back half of the operation.

Which Provider Is the Better Fit?

LevelUp Leads May Be a Better Fit If…

  • You want to choose between fractional, full-service and multi-SDR capacity before scoping the final campaign.
  • You want calling, email and LinkedIn working across the same outbound program.
  • You want a published starting price before entering the sales process.
  • You prefer a managed service with real-time reporting rather than making a proprietary provider platform central to the engagement.

Compare LevelUp Leads SDR Packages

SalesHive May Be a Better Fit If…

  • Month-to-month service from the beginning is a major buying requirement.
  • You want CRM, data, dialing, email and reporting concentrated in the provider’s own platform.
  • You specifically want a published choice between US-based and offshore SDR staffing.
  • Your planned channel mix is mainly phone, or phone plus email, and platform-level visibility is a high priority.

Either provider can make sense if the goal is to add outbound capacity and qualified meetings without recruiting an internal SDR team. Compare the proposals on the same inputs: target market, assigned people, daily capacity, channels, qualification standard, reporting, launch timing and total commitment. That gives you a much cleaner decision than comparing feature lists in isolation.

Questions to Take Into Either Sales Call

  • Who will be assigned to our account, and what portion of their time is ours?
  • Which channels are included in the quoted price, and what daily activity is realistic?
  • Who owns list building, deliverability, reply handling and meeting follow-up?
  • How do we approve targeting and messaging before launch?
  • What does your team consider a qualified meeting, and how are rejected or no-show meetings handled?
  • What can we see in reporting, and how does campaign data reach our CRM?
  • What is the minimum commitment and exact cancellation process?

Build the Outbound Team Your Pipeline Needs

Your closers do not need another prospecting system to manage. They need the right conversations. LevelUp Leads can handle the research, campaign setup, daily outreach and qualification behind those conversations, with the SDR capacity matched to the size of the job.

That can be especially useful when your internal team already knows the market but cannot keep outbound activity consistent. You keep control of the ICP, positioning and qualification standard. We add the people, process and daily execution required to keep those accounts moving through calls, email and LinkedIn.

Start with a focused calling program, a fractional SDR, full-service support or a larger omnichannel campaign. We’ll work through your target market, current outreach and pipeline goals, then scope the team and channel mix around them.
